granite surface plates provide an accurate reference plane
for work inspection and for work layout. Their high
degree of flatness, squareness, straightness,
parallelism, overall quality and workmanship also
make them ideal bases for mounting sophisticated
mechanical, electronic and optical gauging systems.
The size and capability of our modem facility allows
us to manufacture to any customers' requirement. The
current manufacture mainly according to GB87-85,
GGG-P-4630, DIN876, JIS-B510, ISO-DP8512 and so on.

Arrange order as early as
possible
All Maple products are
directly shipped form our home factory, where we just
have a little standard designs in stock, most orders
need to proceed with manufacture after receipt of
customers comfirmation according to their idea or even
their own design. Usually we can finish manufacture in
30 days and make shipment in one week. But when the
design is extremely complicated, maybe we need 50-60
days. So please arrange purchase order as early as
possible.

Maple stand frames
The following stand frames are
especially for use with granite surface plates.
Manufactured from welded steel sections for maximum
rigidity, and the locations of the support points are
same as those when surface plates on production lines. For precision plates
the leveling screws can be adjusted to allow the
plates to be aligned accurately in the horizontal plane.
The support frames are manufactured to give a working
height for the supported plate of approx.800 mm,
however, other working heights are available on request.
Surface plates larger than 1000x2000 mm should be
supported by Maple Jack units.
